Revitol packages this anti-aging system as both a supplement, Revitol Derma Phytoceramides, and as a cream, Revitol Anti Aging Moisturizing Cream. This review only examines Derma Phytoceramides and instructions on the label state to take 1-2 capsules daily. As is the case with all supplements, individuals who have any medical conditions or are taking medications should consult with their healthcare professional before using this product.
The Cost
Derma Phytoceramides can only be purchased online and on the manufacturer's website, it does not appear possible to purchase the supplement without also the moisturizing cream as part of the package on the manufacturer’s website. We were surprised by the price point of this product, especially as compared to other competing products on the market. Moreover, since instructions state to take 1-2 capsules a day, a bottle of Derma Phytoceramides may only last a half month and not one full month as the manufacturer promotes.
A one month package on the manufacturer’s website includes the supplement and cream is priced at $48.00; the three month plan which includes three bottles of the supplement and three containers of the cream is $96 ($32 each); and the five-month plan which includes 5 bottles of the supplement and 5 containers of the cream is $144.70 ($28.80 each). On third-party websites, we were able to find Derma Phytoceramides, but only in a 5 bottle package for $104.85. The cream is sold separately for a surprisingly high price of $69.98 each.

The company clearly wants to try to stand behind its product but only to a point. If customers are not satisfied, they offer a money back guarantee on unopened and unused items within 90 days of purchase. Unfortunately, they state that though you should expect to see results within a few weeks of starting the supplement, it really requires about 12 weeks for the full effect of reducing wrinkles and aging lines. Produced in a GMP certified laboratory, Derma Phytoceramides is packaged as a supplement and cream system to help fight signs of aging. But as an anti-aging system, the price tag is way too high for consumers to feel confident about trying the product, especially with almost no reviews that we could find on both the manufacturer’s website and third-party websites. There were more reviews for the cream, but not entirely positive. Consumers will be likely to want to look at other phytoceramide supplements which are sold at a much lower price point and with more generous satisfaction guarantees from manufacturers that allow unsatisfied customers to return the products within a year.
