L-tyrosine and L-theanine are important precursors for neurotransmitters and phosphatidylserine is an important component of brain cell membranes which regulate the functions of these neurotransmitters. Oat straw extract does contain many vitamins and alkaloids but there has been little scientific study on its effects in the brain. Cat’s claw extract is quite similar in that scientifically it has been determined that it contains many important substances but there is little scientific evidence to conclude that it has any health benefits. Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine, is an ingredient for neurotransmitter synthesis. Bacopa extract and Huperzine extract have both been shown to enhance the effects of neurotransmitters and protect the brain. Vinpocetine and Pterostilbene are both said to protect the brain as well but there is only some evidence in rabbits for this in scientific literature.
Daily Serving
Two capsules must be taken daily with a light meal preferably in the morning or early afternoon. Two capsules may be taken in evening to enhance dream state. However, it is quite important that customers do not take more than three capsules in 24 hours.

However, we have major doubts in the possible effectiveness of this product because their ingredients lack sufficient research. The customer reviews for this product also express quite significantly that many customers are not that impressed with this product.
We also think that the price of this supplement is quite high compared to many similar supplements which actually have better research about their ingredients. We therefore don't find this product to be one of the best brain boosting supplements out there.
